Top Pigs in NCAA Basketball

1/ Trey Burke

  • finished as the Player of the year in the B1G, which is the best conference and has been the most consistent player in the NCAA. Every game he has scored at least 15 in every conference game! Not too mention he leads the nation in assist to turnover ratio. He has been the sole reason the Wolverines are competing for anything, let alone a top seeding in the tourney! By the way, he averages, 19.2 ppg, 6.8 apg, and 3.2 rpg. He also has drawn comparisons to being the best pure point guard since CP3 #bigpigsports!

2/ Victor Olidipo

  • yes, same conference, but if not for Burke would have won honors as the best player in the best conference. Not too mention people calling him mini-MJ. Maybe going too far with that comparison, but in my opinion a much better version of Luol Deng. Complete package and NBA scouts should be drooling over his potential.

3/ Doug McDemott

  • absolute stud, he plays for a team in a smaller conference, but does absolute work. This kid is amazing, averages 23 ppg along with 7.5 rpg. Also, he has 6 30 point games with a 41 point destruction game. Whitey has some game!

4/ Kelly Olynyk

  •  sole reason the Bulldogs are the #1 team in the country. He is averaging 17.5 ppg and 7.5 rbg. He has committed to working hard and making Gonzaga a force to be reckoned with.

5/ Ben McLemore

  • He is the best prospect in the NBA draft. He has everything the NBA wants in a player plus more. He is averaging, 16.7 ppg, 5.3 rpg, as well as 2.1 apg, as a 6'5" guard. Also, he is at Kansas and has played agains solid competition all season.

6/ Otto Porter Jr.

  • He has led GTown to a tremendous season. He is averaging 16.4 ppg, 7.5 rpg, and 2.7 apg as a 6'8" forward. He is prime and ready for the NBA and has had several performances to push him forward as player of the year in college basketball.

7/ C.J. Leslie

  • If there is a player more NBA ready than C.J. IDK  who is. He displays the most remarkable explosiveness I have seen in college basketball in a while and can be a force. He is currently 14.9 ppg in addition to 7.5 rpg which when you look at the eye test you understand why he is an NBA talent at a mediocre school (yes I know of NCStates talent but they haven't produced, if they did this manchild could be #1).

8/ Marcus Smart

  • Okay, so hopefully we have all seen why this kid speaks next level talent. The kid is remarkable and deserves some hype. He currently averages 15.1 ppg, 5.7 rpg, and 4.7 apg. Making him a player NBA teams would love to have. Even more so, considering his 6'4" frame, completing him as a star in the making.

9/ Deshaun Thomas

  • Seriously, if you have not seen the kid play in big games, please do not comment. In my opinion he is the best kept secret in the B1G, yet he gets no respect. The kid is lights out and hits big shot after big shot, really should be considered for player of the year, yet nobody mentions him even in the B1G, which startles me further. However, it is what it is and he is a stud. Anyone in the NBA will be happy to snag him late and let him pig. He currently averages, 19.7 ppg and 6.7 rbg, which by the way he averages the most points per game in the best conference! Sleeper, hell yes!!!

10/ Shabazz Muhammed

  • Okay, let's not forget the #1 prospect in the land, he is a beast and the #2 prospect behind Ben McLemore who is the #1 NBA prospect. He is a PIG and a stud in the making that could turn UCLA from a pretender into a contender, he is a monster and somebody that your top-seed teams should be very scared to face come March.
Honorable Mentions:
  • Michael-Carter-Williams
  • Shane Larkin
  • Mason Plumlee
  • Cody Zeller
  • Tim Hardaway Jr.
  • Adrein Payne
